Thomas Hardiman | Director

Tom joined the Office of Student Conduct in 2017 after serving as the Associate Director in the Office of Student Conduct at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Tom received his Bachelor’s degree in Secondary Education and History with a minor in Leadership Studies from the University of Rhode Island, as well as a Master’s of Arts in Counseling in Higher Education from the University of Delaware. Prior to working in student conduct, Tom served in various roles within Residence Life, Orientation, Admissions, Outdoor Adventure, and Counseling. Tom’s professional interests include assessment, new professional development, and crisis management.

Bradley Davis | Associate Director

Bradley joined the Office of Student Conduct in 2017 after serving as the Assistant Dean of Students at the University of North Carolina Wilmington. Bradley earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology as well as his Master of Education degree in College Student Personnel Administration from James Madison University. Prior to his work in conduct, Bradley served in various roles within Residence Life and Campus Recreation. Bradley is an advisor to the Student Conduct Board and serves as an administrative hearing officer.b

Erin Breiner | Associate Director

Erin joined the Office of Student Conduct in 2016 after serving as an Assistant Director in the Office of Community Standards & Student Responsibility at Ohio University in Athens, OH.  Erin received her Bachelor’s degree in Communication with a minor in Political Science from East Carolina University, and a Masters of Education in Educational Leadership and Policy Analysis from the University of Missouri. Prior to her work in conduct, Erin served in various roles within Residence Life & Housing, Student Activities, and Student Organizations. Erin’s professional interests include self-authorship, leadership development, and student activism. Erin serves as a co-advisor to the Student Conduct Board and an administrative hearing officer.

Latosha Williams | Associate Director

Latosha joined the Office of Student Conduct in August 2022 after serving as an Associate Director for Student Conduct in Residence Life at Indiana University in Bloomington, Indiana. Latosha received a Bachelor degree in Political Science from Spelman College and a Master of Education degree in Higher Education Administration at NC State. Prior to working in student conduct, Latosha served in various roles in Housing & Residence Life, Career Services, Assessment, and Multicultural Affairs. Her interests include Student Conduct and Care, supporting students navigating conduct processes, conflict mediation, restorative practices, student mental health/adjustment/socialization, assessment, and diversity, inclusion, belonging and equity. Latosha currently serves on NC State’s Sexual Assault Response Team and serves as an administrative hearing officer.

Katie Runner | Case Manager

Katie has worked at NC State since 1998. She joined the Office of Student Conduct in 2016 after working for NC State University Police, NC State Bureau of Investigation, and NC Wildlife Resources Commission. Katie earned her Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from the University of North Carolina at Pembroke. Katie is responsible for all academic and non-academic Case Management within the office. She also is responsible for business and office management including maintaining and reconciling the office budget, serving as primary liaison between the Office of Student Conduct and the DASA Business Operations team, and providing support to staff members.

Maritza Laureano | Administrative Assistant

Maritza joined the Office of Student Conduct in 2021 after serving as the Case Administrator in the Office of Student Conduct and Community Standards at the University of Tennessee in Knoxville. Maritza received her Bachelor’s degree from the University of Puerto Rico. Her primary responsibilities include assisting with case management, responding to phone calls and scheduling appointments, maintaining conduct records, and supporting conduct staff through case follow up.
