Jessica Welsch

Bio

Jessica joined the office in 2024 after being the Assistant Director of Student Conduct at University of North Carolina Chapel Hill. She is a North Carolina native and Appalachian State alumna with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Master of Arts in College Student Development. In her role as Associate Director, Jessica leads the office’s efforts around Academic Integrity, Assessment, and Educational Outreach. Jessica’s student conduct philosophy is rooted in compassion and accountability. In her efforts of supporting the Wolfpack community, she strives to develop ethical leaders and promote holistic wellbeing.
