Thomas Hardiman

Bio

Tom joined the Office of Student Conduct in 2017 after serving as the Associate Director in the Office of Student Conduct at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Tom received his Bachelor’s degree in Secondary Education and History with a minor in Leadership Studies from the University of Rhode Island, as well as a Master’s of Arts in Counseling in Higher Education from the University of Delaware.

Prior to working in student conduct, Tom served in various roles within Residence Life, Orientation, Admissions, Outdoor Adventure, and Counseling. Tom’s professional interests include assessment, new professional development, and crisis management.
